Labels aren't that destructive. That is simply not a true blanket statement. For instance, labeling a word (Kaizen) as a Japanese one is fine, because it's a neutral label. Even the word "destructive" is a label. You are labeling labels as destructive. Labeling might not be perfect, but it's practical. Practicality of organization is it's purpose, and this practicality has positive and negative? sides to it. It provides ease of use in exchange for a lack of accuracy.

This is a bit simplistic and misleading to the insecure types. There is no black/white dchitomy. There is a healthy form of confidence - a 'quiet? confidence'. There is no confidence/no-confidence split. We are all different in different situations. We should all work towards being more effective in all situations. Labels can be destructive. Your vid encourages the use of labels which can be somewhat destrcuctive. I love the Jap word KAIZEN - improve a little every day.

Start doing little things that feel like they are you; then little by little become more? like yourself. Learn to like yourself for who you? are. The wake-up call would be: yes, life is hard. Start living it. Stop asking attention from people when you feel like you can't do it by yourself. Like this video and us replying - is also? a way of asking for attention and, with it, help. But you can't be a little child that gets comforted by their mommy for the rest of your life! So.. what you´re actually saying is,? that you are afraid of becoming confident of yourself because that would set you into this new world where people might actually love your things or critisize you on who you are - and because that is too fucking scary to you, you decide to stay the way you are: dependent, not knowing what you want, never doing what you really want ; and you complain about these things, which gives you attention from people in a nice way.
