You could not be more right. I am 23 yrs. old 175lbs. 32 in. waist, big muscles, male, sharp dresser, good job, etc. However, I have extremely low self confidence and always have since middle school. After that I had a near death experience in a farming accident. I just started to like myself just recently. I have trouble just going up to another male and saying? "hi" and making eye contact let alone a female. Anyway maybe my therapist can help. UGG.

Self confidence comes from the INSIDE. And here you talk only about the OUTSIDE techniques? like clothing, gym (body), walk, etc. Is like when you can't go to gym, or when you don't have enough money to buy clothes etc you will have again low self confidence.
