My injection was painless, which may be because of the difference in our variants of SD. Anyway, I would not rule a second try at the Botox, perhaps the first dosage was insufficient? Good luck!

Sometimes the spasmodic dysphonia flares up, but very mildly. At the moment I can't sing again and my ENT says he is not going to administer another injection as I stand a chance of losing my voice completely. Regards,
