Systems? management is managing IT hardware/software where as CE is designing/programming hardware/chips. It all depends on what you wanna do man. I'm a data management analyst . For job requirements, ALONG with a bachelors degree, companies look for certs like CCNA, MCSE etc. Finding a job in network administration isn't that? hard. I got some interviews out of college from small businesses for NA, but they just didn't pay that much. Plus I didn't feel like studying for a cert every 3years or so which some require.
