This video shows an assortment of my various Ruger LCR holsters, which I use to conceal carry on a daily basis. I do have my CPL/CCW and know how hard it is for a girl to conceal a gun comfortably in public, so I hope to show other females that there truly are lots of concealed carry options available that will work for us! Find holster write-ups and more at my site, www.faliaphotography .com

actually the Glock is used by 600+ police departments and sheriff's departments across? the US... Not all departments use them but they do. I don't know what they use in your area but where i am the sheriffs here use them, the metro uses them and a few police departments around here use the SW M&P. I don't like glocks personally I prefer my M&P and my soon to be Walther ppq.

What a fucking foolish piece of shit. A novelty such as the magnetic? ring safety that could be placed on K frames in the late 70s early 80s. All that flash and he doesn't even carry a Mont Blanc pen

that's cool, I can't bring myself to not have the firearm without a round in battery. The second? one.... hmmm, maybe getting myself a robocop leg :D

This is a great idea for the Israelis. They can't legally walk with a round chambered, even the LEO and .mil have to keep the chamber? empty.
By: scrappymarcel101. on 07 May 11, 14:29:54
What a terrible idea. If you're not? familiar enough with your weapon to carry in condition 1, then you shouldn't be carrying.

Let me show you how I? point the gun at myself and the cameraman while I load and unload the gun.

You should have known what I meant. I'd have been more explicit, but youtube has limits. I was trying to say the reason most police carry Glocks (and something like 70% of them do) has nothing to do with not having manual safety measures or even being "the best" as many would say. Glocks are just a balance of cheap, reliable, available in a wide variety of calibers and simplified to the point where any moron can clean and maintain one. So? move to your next counterpoint.

police -DONT- use glocks.... lol. have you ever left your xbox, and gone outside to find out? i have a feeling youre more of the hollywood/tacticool type of gun person...? not the realistic/trained type
By: kamidrummer. on 06 May 11, 08:10:00
police agencies? don't use glocks?? hmmm.... thats interesting, maybe in mexico? but where im from they do often use glocks, i never said all police agencies do, but it seems to be more common than seldom. my main point is that this holster is next to useless. it is probably over priced, and it solves a problem that never existed. in the firearms training i have had... gun needs to always be as ready as possible, and very few steps between holstered and shots on target
By: Makingnewnamesisdumb. on 05 May 11, 07:34:25
Many things are designed in such a way that they have "too many features." This is can be a good thing, because people that don't care for those features simply won't use them and people that do find a use for them will be able to apply them. I'm sure they were simply designing the "gun? safe" feature of the holster and said "hey, if we market it with a rod with a ring on it people can use it as a safety pin like a grenade or something." It's essentially creating a market.
By: Makingnewnamesisdumb. on 05 May 11, 07:15:02
There's no automatic that you've ever had to rack when you draw, safety or no, and police? agencies do not use glocks because they don't have safeties. Your post is false. You're right that stress reduces your motor skills, but that is why you train. You drill until everything is second nature and you don't have to think about it. Safety deactivation is incorporated into your draw, and is simply positioning the thumb so it brushes over the switch. This rig is easy to learn, too.
By: kamidrummer. on 05 May 11, 06:58:25
empty chamber carry is as useful as no gun carry. manual safeties aren't? "more secure" they add another step to a process that your life may depend on. why carry? in case you have to use deadly force right? well... deadly force situation = stress = increase in heart rate = extremely diminished fine and complex motor skills = not being able to operate manual safeties and overly complex B.S. holsters. this holster is cool for hollywood and maybe airsoft kids
By: Makingnewnamesisdumb. on 01 May 11, 11:06:37
What does manual safety have to do with? carrying with an empty chamber? If anything, manual safety makes carrying with a loaded chamber better because it's more secure.
By: masteircheef. on 18 Mar 11, 20:50:09
but? will it blend?

By: jkiang. on 10 Dec 10, 05:21:49
LOL "If you are? carrying a pistol and you don't in any condition for you to use it" Why carry a pistol.... these holsters are just a bit too much.
By: kamidrummer. on 01 Nov 10, 09:58:06
the idea of carrying a weapon (in my mind) is that it is as ready as can be up to when you need it, you shouldnt have to load, or cycle it before youre ready to fire. ie: many police agencies have? switched to glock since they dont have a manual safety.... having to rack a pistol in a self defense setting is ridiculous.
By: tock101. on 30 Oct 10, 09:05:26
When pulling the gun? out of the holster, is the guns saftey on????
By: pozzebon. on 05 Aug 10, 00:58:27
why don't the Australian police forces use this? type of holster and gun? so many police have been shot with their own weapons... this is a fantastic idea? Is this man just an exhibitionist or is he a police officer or soldier?
