Plus, if you have sensitive or oily skin you really shouldn't exfoliate the area with a cloth or anything harsh. It will irritate the area and cause the skin to overproduce oil. Green concealer and a bit of normal concealer over that will do the trick, and prevent caking from layering over the spots to get more coverage.
