It is an unreleased track possibly by Tsutchie (One of the many artists who worked on the Samurai Champloo Soundtrack) and I contacted him? via twitter and he said he might release his unreleased samurai champloo music later this year. He just needs an opportunity.

In case you haven't noticed by now, Jin is a very....very lonely man. But he mainly did it out of empathy, he simply wanted? to keep her around so neither of them would be lonely. It might be proposal, but by Fuu saying I'm sorry and crying into his shoulder, it seems that way.
