It doesn't really have the same consistency as bar choc,but because of the oil you can even freeze it and it STILL comes out soft - I have to chopped? up in blocks.The texture is more like truffle,if not the actual flavour.(It's best to use Belgian choc,with at least 62% cocoa,so you'll get a different flavour anyway - I think Cadbury's is about 35%) Thankyou VERY much. ...
