Arm Isolation (Body Weight Only) - No Weights, No Problem!

I'm experimenting with using only body-weight exercises such as pistols, GHR, handstand pushups, dips, chinups, muscle ups, stand ab wheel rollouts, etc, although I am adding resistance in the form on a weighted vest or chin/dip belt when needed.
However, I still like to include some isolation work, so I've started training biceps and triceps using the BWT movements demonstrated here.
