Another goal achieved! Still room for improvement on these... I feel I cheat on some reps, bouncing my thighs on the floor at the bottom, but still very pleased with the progress.

I finally mastered the pistol squat! I can now comfortably perform several full range repetitions on each leg, although I still find it very challenging to keep my balance without holding weights in front.
Next step, holding a heavy dumbbell in front, or wearing a weighted vest!

I'm experimenting with using only body-weight exercises such as pistols, GHR, handstand pushups, dips, chinups, muscle ups, stand ab wheel rollouts, etc, although I am adding resistance in the form on a weighted vest or chin/dip belt when needed.
However, I still like to include some isolation work, so I've started training biceps and triceps using the BWT movements demonstrated here.

I can finally perform a full range pistol squat, as long as I am standing on a low step so that I don't have to elevate / extend my opposite leg as much in front of me. Otherwise the quad of my non-working leg tends to cramp up.
Once I can engage my core and increase hip mobility, I will progress to full pistols on the floor... coming soon!
