Thanks for the suggestion. I purposely extend my leg giving the impression I am attempting a teep (push kick) only to drop my shin down on my opponents neck and trapezius? muscle when he lowers his guard to parry my "teep" kick. Thanks for watching and commenting. :-)

Just thinking, the start of the kick you? have your leg extended, then bring it back only to extend it again. Try it without extending your leg at the start. Im pretty sure you will get more snap and the kick will be faster with the knee still being deceptive. Love your style :D
