Video006 Posted by: HarleyStcool Video duration: 47 seconds My Honda Civic 1990 has a broken Idle Air Control Valve, I'm not sure whats wrong with it though...When i take out the tube the rpm goes to 1500, and consumes more gas the regular. If i put the tube in the car goes to 100 rpm and will shut off due to lack of air or something and i have to press the gas pedel lightly to keep it running. So i drive around with the tube out.
