I'm not quite sure about the composer, but this song, Sunflowers, was written to praise Mao Ze Dong, who was the dictator? back then. Basically, the sunflowers were the people, and Mao Ze Dong was the sun, and the people followed Mao Ze Dong wherever he went. I hope this helps. :)
